Pamela Nicholson is Senior Accountant at SVN Elevate, where she is responsible for general ledger entries, bank account reconciliations, maintaining balance sheet schedules, reviewing monthly income and expenses, and all month-end financial statements for her assigned portfolio. In addition, Pamela is involved in daily interaction with vendors, onsite property staff, and asset managers. Her experience
encompasses 20 years of financial reporting and support in commercial, multifamily, and mix-use assets.

Prior to joining SVN Compassrock, Pamela worked as Senior Property Accountant at Alberta Development Partners, Laramar Group, and Miller Frishman Group.

Ms. Nicholson earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Oral Roberts University.
