ALICE HARVEY
PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Alice Harvey is a Portfolio Manager for SVN Elevate, an institutional-quality provider of asset management services for commercial real estate nationwide. Ms. Harvey brings more than 25 years of experience to this role, with expertise in real estate management operations, financial services, and ancillary services.

Prior to joining SVN Elevate, Ms. Harvey was an Asset Manager at Midwest Properties, a privately owned Ohio-based startup management company for an industrial portfolio of properties. Ms. Harvey provided her industry experience as well as generated 85 budgets and calculated 35 CAM reconciliations during her tenure.

Prior to Midwest Properties, Ms. Harvey was the Portfolio Operations Manager-National Accounts for SVN RICORE (now Lee & Associates Cincinnati), an Ohio-based 3rd party full-service real estate company. Ms. Harvey managed a portfolio of properties throughout the United States for several national clients (Colony Capital, DRA Advisors LLC, AlumCreek Holdings LLC, Principal Financial Group, Trimont Financial, and US Bank).  The properties consisted of distressed assets (office, medical office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, multifamily, single-family residence, and vacant land).  Ms. Harvey provided oversight of the local subcontracted management offices throughout the U.S. and interfaced with the ownership entities as the point of contact regarding all operational matters of the property.

Prior to SVN RICORE, Ms. Harvey was a Property Manager with 15 years tenure at North American Properties, a privately owned Ohio-based company.  Ms. Harvey was responsible for a portfolio of office and retail properties in excess of 775,000 SF.  As Property Manager, Ms. Harvey had the responsibility of tenant retention, lease renewals, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, general ledgers, payable and receivables, along with working directly with ownership of single entities.  Ms. Harvey also assisted property owners in loan modifications, financing new properties, site assembly and new permanent financing.

Prior to North American Properties, Ms. Harvey also was Lease Administrator and Staff Accountant for Duke Realty and Property Accountant with Koll Management & CBRE.
